Codebook Cloud is the sync service that automatically performs a real time sync of your data. If you are having trouble setting up Codebook Cloud Sync, please try these troubleshooting steps.
You need a Codebook Cloud account with an active subscription in order to use the Codebook Cloud Sync Service.
Sign in to your Codebook Cloud Account here
View Subscription Info from the Codebook Cloud Dashboard with the Subscription Status button.
To View Codebook Cloud Sign In Status: Home -> Sync
When the Service is Codebook Cloud, the email of the account that is signed in is displayed.

Codebook Cloud automatic sync is intended to run smoothly without user interaction automatically syncing your Codebook data between your devices as you make changes. Errors should rarely occur, but here are some of the possible errors and their resolutions.

In order to sync, all of your devices must be running a version of Codebook that uses the same database schema (layout). Not all updates will cause a schema change. This error occurs when one or more of your devices have not been updated to use the latest schema. To correct this error, install the latest version of Codebook on the device getting the error

You must use the same Sync Key on all of your devices. If you are receiving this error while using Codebook Cloud auto sync, the device that is receiving this error does not have the same Sync Key that was used when you began syncing with Codebook Cloud. To correct this error, update the Sync Key to the Sync Key that is correctly syncing with Codebook Cloud. (instructions below).

The error can occur when there is a (local) changeset is not been received by Codebook Cloud. To correct the error, delete the Codebook Cloud remote from the Sync Information screen. This will cause Codebook to perform a full Codebook Cloud sync on this device.
This error can be caused when a your device has lost network connection. Check your connection and reconnect.
