The Codebook Cloud Family Plan is a set of subscriptions we offer that provide access to multi-user Codebook Cloud accounts for personal use (commercial licensing is available separately). Billed yearly or monthly, and available on all platforms we support, the Family Plan subscriptions allow for up to six people on an account, including the owner, at a discounted rate compared to Personal Plan pricing.
Family Plan customers can securely share data with the other users on their Codebook Cloud account. When you invite people to join your Codebook Cloud account they are automatically added to your secure sharing contacts.
Account owners have the ability to manage permissions for secure sharing. Sharing between users within the account, and the ability to share with Codebook Cloud users on other accounts (external contacts), can both be set to one of three levels for each user:
The process for upgrading from a Person Plan subscription to a Family Plan depends on the store you used to subscribe to Codebook Cloud. On iOS devices and the Mac App Store version of Codebook for macOS, all subscriptions are purchased in the Apple App Store. For the Direct Download version of Codebook for macOS, and for Windows customers, subscriptions are sold through our payment processor FastSpring. And for Android devices, subscriptions are offered in the Google Play store.
